Check-in and rules
Times, arrival, ID documents and house rules, in short.
Times
- Check-in
- from 4 pm to 10 pm
Arrivals before 4 pm or after 10 pm are possible on request, to be agreed before your trip.
How arrival works
Check-in is self-service, with a keypad at the apartment door. First we need to register your ID documents, as the law requires; the access code is sent to you before you arrive.
When you arrive, before you go in, we check your identity over a live link from the camera at the apartment entrance: we ask you to hold up your ID so we can check that it matches.
- Get in touch. On WhatsApp or by email, with your dates: we confirm availability and your booking ourselves.
- Register your ID. Every guest needs a valid ID document, children included. We'll tell you how to send it.
- Get your code. Before you arrive we send you the keypad code and directions to staircase C.
- Arrive. Check-in is from 4 pm to 10 pm. At the apartment entrance, we check your ID over a live camera link: just hold your ID up to the camera. For check-out time and what to do when you leave, see the house rules.
Codes and access directions are never published on this website: you receive them privately, for your stay only.

ID documents
Every guest needs a valid ID document, children included. By law we register guests with the police (Questura); the data is used only for legal obligations (registration, identification on arrival, tax and tourist-tax duties), as explained in the privacy notice.
Please don't send documents through this website: we'll tell you how to send them.
House rules
A few clear rules.
The apartment is in a residential building and the entrance is shared with the other unit, so we ask every guest to follow these rules and let everyone rest.
Quiet hours
from 11 pm to 7 am
No noise is allowed during these hours.
This includes the washing machine and the dryer: they must not be used between 11 pm and 7 am, nor anything else noisy that could disturb other guests or the neighbours.
Rubbish
Bins outside
During your stay, you can put your rubbish bags in the bins outside.
Check-out and rubbish
by 10 am
When you leave, please take your rubbish with you and drop it at the collection area just a short walk from the house:

Safety
- Fire extinguisher in the entrance hall.
- Smoke alarm.

- No gas supply: the apartment is all-electric.
- An outdoor camera at the apartment entrance covers the access landing: it is used to check guests' identity in real time on arrival and to monitor access, without recording images. There are no cameras in the indoor spaces.
- According to the safety notice on the Airbnb listing, there are raised areas without railings or guards: please take care with young children.
